Please note that our weekly/monthly cleaning services encompass the following tasks:

• SALES OFFICES
  • Sanitise and wipe all chairs, table and desk areas
  • Wipe and dust all display cabinets
  • Spot clean external and internal windows for all visible fingerprints
  • Empty bins / replace bin liners (leave spares)
  • Staff toilets cleaned (toilet bowl, basin, bins, floor mop)
  • Vacuum and mop all floor areas
• DISPLAY HOMES – Internal
  • Dust and clean all surfaces
  • Check cupboards and drawers for guest rubbish
  • Dust / wipe external cupboard doors
  • Spot clean glass and mirror surfaces
  • Flip reeds in reed diffusers (if applicable)
  • Dust and wipe shelves, bookcases, décor, desk and furniture
  • Straighten beds and dust/ brush headboards
  • Dust/brush furniture and straighten cushions
  • Vacuum and/ or mop floor
• DISPLAY HOMES – External 
  • Sweep and mop front steps and landing
  • Front door wiped down
  • Check lights and report if any broken or not working
  • Vacuum/brush entry mat
  • All touch points sanitised – door knobs, cupboard handles, etc.
  • Dust / brush alfresco furniture and straighten cushions
  • Spot clean glass and mirror surfaces
  • Clean external cobwebs on windows and doors
• MONTHLY EXTERNAL
  • Wipe BBQ / patio countertops and sink (where applicable)
  • Check paths and sweep/ hose as necessary
  • Squeegee clean all external window surfaces (where safely accessible)
  • Hose / gerni front entry façade
  • Hose / gerni back alfrescos
  • Clean all external cobwebs around properties and fencing
